Inkscape ist ein Open Source SVG -Editor ähnlich wie (Adobe) Illustrator, CorelDraw, Visio. Inkscape wird zur Zeit schnell weiterentwickelt und ist eine Abspaltung vom SodiPodi-Projekt. Inkscape ist Gtk- und ["GNOME"]-basiert . Inkscape hat auch angestossen alle Flaggen der Welt als Sammlung freier Dateien in SVG anzulegen.
